Apply to the Interpersonal Dynamics Facilitator Training Program (IDFTP) to develop the skills and experience needed to effectively facilitate the MBA elective course, Interpersonal Dynamics.
Application Requirements
All applicants to the IDFTP must meet the following requirements:
- Have participated in a Stanford GSB Introductory T-group (or any of the T-groups listed on the Interpersonal Dynamics Introductory T-group).
- Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Commit to attending all training and facilitating/reading events and dates:
- Fall 2025 Kick-Off
- Winter 2026 training sessions
- One of the four student sections of OB374 Interpersonal Dynamics in Spring 2026.
Notification & Confirmation
Candidates will be advised by September 11, 2025, about interview status. Those invited to interview will have until 3:00 p.m. on Monday, September 15, 2025, to confirm.
Program Payment
Successful candidates will be asked to provide credit card details between October 27 and 29, 2025. No payment will be processed until after the final cohort is confirmed on October 29. We will delete payment details for those not in the final cohort. The program costs $3,600.

We offer a limited number of scholarships (up to 50%). We invite accepted candidates to email their scholarship request to Suzan Jensen.
