Generations United is dedicated to improving the lives of children, youth, and older adults through intergenerational collaboration, public policies, and programs. Believing that connecting generations strengthens communities, they work to promote understanding and cooperation among different age groups.
Springboard Question: How can Generations United best transform its current nine-member largely advisory board to being a more formal policy-making and direction-setting board that can offer strategic leadership for growth?
