Amir is an experienced investment professional who has built expertise in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions for over 10 years. Most recently, he was an associate director in the M&A team at Qatar Investment Authority. He was responsible for the screening, assessment, and realization of over 40 investments worldwide, spanning sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, retail and consumer, technology, travel and leisure, and commodities. This entailed commercial and financial due diligence, investment structuring and negotiation, and overall project management. Amir’s entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding ATLAS, the first civic association in Paris to promote French education among Algerian talents and help them excel in the competitive European labor market.
