Man Sing is currently an administrative officer in the government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He has worked in different bureaus, covering commerce and economic development, financial services, information technology, health, legislative council businesses, and more. Man Sing also worked in the commercial and investment banking departments of banks after completing his MBA in Toronto, Canada. He worked primarily in the areas of auditing pricing and risk management models of financial derivatives.
