Neeraj is the cofounder and chief operating officer at Hector Beverages Private Ltd., which owns the Paper Boat brand of drinks, valued at over $200 million. Neeraj spent nine years building the company from the ground up to become one of the fastest growing CPG companies in India. Before joining the MSx Program, Neeraj led a team of six CXOs handling seven functions: manufacturing, finance, supply chain, human resources, quality, legal compliance, and information technology. Neeraj has successfully raised capital through four rounds of PE/VC funding for his startup, scaled up manufacturing by starting 10 manufacturing plants in various parts of India, and increased gross margins by 9%. Prior to Hector Beverages, Neeraj had a very successful stint at Coca-Cola in India. Neeraj has received several national awards such as 40 Under 40 by Business World, Make in India Emerging Entrepreneur by India Today, Emerging Disruptors by CNBC TV-18, Best Startup from Forbes India 2016-2017, Outstanding Performance in Manufacturing and Strong Commitment to Food Safety from Confederation of Indian Industry, and Young Turk of the Year by CNBC TV-18. Neeraj advises startups and young entrepreneurs and has had several speaking and research engagements.
