The Alumni Catalysts Award is the first peer recognition program at the GSB that spotlights alumni who’ve done ordinary things extraordinarily well.

Peers often see what others don’t — the dedication behind a meaningful initiative, the quiet leadership that shapes a team, or the persistence that sparks real change.

Award Criteria

Alumni Catalysts is a recognition program focused on living alumni, whose actions will contribute positively to the GSB’s second century.

The recognition will prioritize alumni who have made efforts to:

Change lives: Improving the well-being, opportunities, or circumstances of individuals or communities.
Change organizations: Implementing innovative practices, fostering cultural shifts, or driving significant improvements within their professional spheres.
Change the world: Contributing to global initiatives, addressing pressing societal issues, or making breakthroughs that have far-reaching implications.
