- Leadership pipeline and development
- Volunteer integration

- Additional work with total time commitment 10-12 hrs/month

- Guests invited by ACT Staff or Board Chair

- Sets and chairs agenda for Board meetings
- Tie-breaker in event consensus can’t be reached
- Represents ACT volunteer community to Stanford GSB
- Evaluates performance of Board Members and Board as a whole and recommends changes

- Minimum 10 hours/mo. beyond board meetings w/seasonal variability

- Alumni who have served on the Management Board and completed at least one project

- Mgmt. Board selects from names provided by Nominating Committee

Management Board Members |
- Lead key functions (see Individual Leadership Positions and Responsibilities) - solo, with other Board members or as chair of volunteer committee
- Coordinate their activities with the ACT Staff and other Board members

Committee Members |
- Complete projects in various functional areas (e.g. screen several projects, organize a kick-off meeting, arrange a discussion group, write a newsletter article, evaluate the success of projects in a particular round)
- Project work can be solo or in groups
- Work under direction of Management Board member with functional responsibility for project
