The organization works with traditionally underrepresented students to achieve post-secondary success while serving as the largest pre-professional teacher training program in the U.S., with 74% of teaching fellows pursuing careers in education. Breakthrough students are 50% more likely to enroll directly in a four-year college or university than their peers nationwide.
