Fundbox

By Stefanos Zenios, Matt Saucedo
2019 | Case No. E675

Fundbox provides students with an in-depth look at how a financial technology company prototyping learning systems that allowed the team to quickly learn about their users’ most critical pain points. Once the team establishes a deep understanding of how to best serve their customers, they set out to establish virtuous data loops that grant them access to the data required to not only provide exceptional service to their customers but also continue to learn how to adapt to their needs. By the end of the case, students are shown how Fundbox went from a small business lending company to a business to business payment platform.
