Jenny Shen is the Recruitment Manager at the Behavioral Lab. She provides research support for faculty and doctoral students in organizational behavior and marketing. As recruitment manager, Jenny recruits and maintains the human subjects pools for in-person research studies. She also manages the lab’s undergraduate research assistants.

Jenny graduated with a Masters in Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco School of Management. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of California, Irvine. Jenny has worked in several labs studying psychoacoustics, memory and development, and sleep. Her research interests are largely rooted in the motivations behind human behavior and identity. As an immigrant and third culture kid, she has been especially interested in the influence of the environment on implicit attitudes and behaviors.
