Chin Ning was most recently a director at Singapore’s Ministry of Home Affairs. He oversaw Singapore’s immigration and national registration policies, including how these policies should evolve with increased digitalization. Previously, he served in the Singapore Ministry of Health, where his team was in charge of government subvention to the intermediate and long-term care sector, and where he helped to develop and implement a new drug subsidy policy for its service providers. Chin Ning has also served in the Singapore Ministry of Transport, overseeing bus financing and infrastructural development. He was an engineer at the Land Transport Authority. Chin Ning is passionate about developing people and leading teams to achieve win-win outcomes in multidisciplinary and interagency work.
