Claudia was GM at Belcorp, a leading direct-sales beauty company in Latin America. She led a team of over 2,000 employees with over $200 million in sales. In her first year, she turned results around from four years of declining sales to 13% growth, positioning the company as a market leader. Previously, she was director of corporate sales. In this position, she created a segmented value proposition that targeted growth initiatives for Belcorp’s 1 million female sales reps. Before that, she was director of social and environmental innovation. She spent five years in the design and implementation of a financial inclusion program that provided access to insurance, credit, and savings accounts to over 200,000 women. She also contributed to the decrease of Belcorp environmental footprint by 30,000 tons of CO2, which resulted in over $1 million in savings. Claudia was the founder of Belcorp Foundation, dedicated to the education of Latin American women. The foundation has raised $17 million toward 1,500 college scholarships and personal development workshops for over 27,000 Latin American women.
