Daniele most recently led strategic advice on EU negotiations at HM Treasury, the U.K. government’s department responsible for developing and executing economic and financial policy. Daniele spent 10 years in the U.K. government, driving work on a variety of policy areas including digital economy, energy, climate change, and agriculture. He previously advised the Argentine G20 Presidency, helping to deliver an ambitious agenda on infrastructure financing and on the future of work. Earlier, he was part of the team that set up the New Climate Economy, a major international initiative that examines how countries can achieve economic growth while dealing with the risks posed by climate change.
