Edward is passionate about making the world a better place to live, one meal at a time. Before coming to Stanford, he worked as an advisor to Open The Table, a food tech startup offering healthy home meal replacements to busy cosmopolitans. He advised on the company’s international venture capital financing starting with the inception of the business. Edward also worked as an independent consultant for startups based in South Korea and Switzerland, creating new avenues for financing. Before his startup stints, he held various roles in the investment banking industry in South Korea and Hong Kong, specializing in technology sector investments.
