Lamiaa is an experienced investment professional who has spent eight years building her expertise in private equity investments. She worked at the largest European private equity fund, Ardian, in Paris for seven years. As part of the co-investment team, she was in charge of the screening, assessment, and realization of LBO investments in North America and Europe, alongside top-tier private equity funds, spanning across sectors from healthcare to business services. Most recently, she was a director at Ardian’s New York office, in charge of setting up the U.S. co-investment team. Her experience has given her close exposure to a diversity of business models and a deep understanding of how successful management teams execute winning strategies to grow their businesses. She is passionate about helping bold innovators disrupt traditional business models and have a large global impact.
