Mandeep is a consultant, assisting firms with exit strategy, product strategy, and board/investor management. Mandeep currently sits on the board of Reuzel Pomade, Greenlinks, and a retail technology company. He spent 15 years as cofounder and CEO of Cantaloupe Systems, an SaaS and IoT company focused on the vending machine industry. Cantaloupe brought real-time information and data-bases decision-making to a guess-work based industry, transforming the $30B USA unattended retail market. In November 2017, Mandeep led the sale of Cantaloupe Systems to USA Technologies, where he served as chief product officer for eight months before taking time off to be with his wife and daughter. The Arora family supports a number of causes through the Arora Charitable Foundation including healthcare research, domestic abuse recovery, and education.
