Mayank is a private equity investment professional who has led direct investments and M&A transactions of more than US $1.3 billion and fund investments of more than US $1.5 billion. He worked with General Electric for more than 17 years in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Most recently, he was director of the global M&A team in Mumbai and led the divestment of GE Capital’s assets in Asia. Previously, he executed private equity transactions in multiple industries in India and the United States. His extensive audit experience and work with GE C-level executives across diverse businesses has given him a deep understanding of how successful businesses are identified and run. He is passionate about understanding how technological innovation can solve business issues profitably.
