Nand is a serial entrepreneur and senior executive in the enterprise infrastructure and security software industries. Most recently, he was a VP at Citrix, a provider of desktop virtualization and networking infrastructure. Nand joined Citrix through its acquisition of ScaleXtreme, the cloud-based systems-management company of which he was the co-founder and CEO, and which was funded by Accel Partners and Ignition Partners. Before ScaleXtreme, Nand was a co-founder, CEO, or senior executive of several other technology companies: He served as an entrepreneur in residence with Accel Partners, CEO of OpenDNS, head of security products and marketing at VMware, co-founder and CEO of Determina, and co-founder of Oblix. Nand started his career at Sun Microsystems as a compiler architect.
