Patty recently made a career change: After 12 years in brand management at Procter & Gamble, she led nongovernmental organization Wuf, which promotes dog adoption via social innovation in Peru. Under Patty’s leadership, Wuf tripled its average number of monthly adoptions and delivered a financially sustainable organization. At P&G, Patty served in local and global roles for the fabric care business. As a delivery brand manager for Peru, she redefined the strategy for the seven-brand portfolio, making Peru the most profitable country in Latin America for the company. As a global brand manager, she led the rollout for P&G’s top product innovation, Downy Unstopables. It delivered two times in-market results versus booklet in the U.S. and Japan, unleashing total brand growth across geographies.
