Yasuyuki is an experienced manager in strategic planning to expand global business in the commercial banking sector. Since he joined MUFG Bank in 2000, he has become an expert in the areas of business promotion, credit risk management, and human resources management. His career includes the experience of monitoring industry and country risk in the Americas, initiating actions to expand talent pool in support of international business, and visiting offices as an HR manager in 20 countries and five continents to directly interview over 200 employees for their performance evaluations. Because of his experience of living for five years in London in his childhood, he is passionate about building coordination among people with diversified backgrounds.
