Case focuses on several execution vignettes. These vignettes represent “small windows” into many of the “bet the company” decisions that entrepreneurs must make in order to develop a viable company. The case will also focus on issues that start-ups face in their efforts to come to market. Throughout the case, we will weave the theme of how important it is to build the “right” culture.
