MBA Admissions Update

We are pleased to welcome Jamie Schein, MBA ’91, as the interim assistant dean of MBA Admissions and Financial Aid. Over the past 10 years, Jamie has held various leadership positions at Stanford Graduate School of Business, first as director of strategy and curricular support for MBA and MSx Programs and most recently as assistant dean and director of the Career Management Center. Jamie brings extensive experience managing programs as well as supporting students in their academic and professional journeys. Her commitment to understanding and enriching the student experience will bring tremendous value to the team. 

Prior to working at Stanford, Jamie held management positions at several technology companies. She also led an education foundation, served on the governing board of a California public school district, and founded a small business. Jamie holds an AB in history from Harvard College and an MBA from Stanford GSB.

At Stanford Graduate School of Business, Pride celebrations aren’t exclusive to the month of June. Bruno Rigonatti Mendes, MBA ’24, says Pride events throughout the year include field days, watch parties, Thanksgiving dinners, a Drag 101 session, and a school-wide gathering in honor of International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, and Transphobia.
